Заказала флешку, но немного лоханулась не увидела, что заказ не менее 15$ должен быть. Однако продавец товар выслал. Через 2 недели посылка все так же не отслеживалась, хотя еще 2 заказанные уже пересекли границу. На мое письмо получила ответ:

You order has been sent out on Nov.11th .Usually it will take about 11-30 working days for shipping,please wait for more days. Cause it is a small order, we sent it via the normal air mail,but not registered air mail. If we send the package via registered air mail, the post office will charge us about 3USD registered fee.Very expensive.Thanks for your understanding, and please don't worry, it is safe too.
Hope you can get the package soon.

Я ждала. Но все никак. Хотя следует заметить, что 2 другие посылки заказанные в этот же день пока не дошли и сейчас еще в Москве, т.е. получу через неделю где то. Но там время до доставки еще 25-20 дней, а с флешкой срок истекал в понедельник.
Я открыла диспут.

От продавца пришел ответ;

If you still can't get the package in 10 days, i will give you full settlement.Cause it is a small order, we sent it via the normal air mail,but not registered air mail. Андрей, а когда я его после получения товара закрою, на рейтинге продавца это не отразится? В конце концов он же не виноват в том как работает Почта России?

не отразится, вы даже можете ему хороший отзыв оставить. Напишите ему сообщение, что все будет ок, успокойте маленького китайца :)
